SHIPPING

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Mobile, Al. (Unless Otherwise Agreed And Noted) by either UPS, RPS/FedEx Ground, or Freight Company depending on the volume of each shippment.

All outgoing shipments must be shipped at full case quantities or meet a minimum sale amount of $300.00. Any orders that do not meet this criteria will be assessed a $25.00 fee. All orders are shipped by prepayment (Unless Otherwise Agreed And Noted). C.O.D. check or open net terms are granted only with an approved ADC credit application.

PAYMENT TERMS

All first time orders are shipped by prepayment (Unless Otherwise Agreed And Noted). C.O.D. check or open net terms are granted only with an approved ADC credit application. All insufficient funded checks are subject to $50.00 service charge, and check privileges will be suspended for a period of two invoice cycles.

All invoices more than 15 days past due agreed due date will be subject to a 2% late charge applicable every 30 days.

RETURNS & WARRANTIES

Any shortages and/or defects must be reported within two weeks of ship date. ABSOLUTELY No defective merchandise will be accepted after four weeks from purchase date.

ABSOLUTELY No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All returned merchandise will be evaluated for return or repair. No refunds are issued under any circumstance. If merchandise cannot be repaired or replaced, ADC will issue a company credit equal to the amount of the current market value.
