Any shortages and/or defects must be reported within two weeks from ship date.

ABSOLUTELY NO defective merchandise will be accepted after four weeks from purchase date.

ABSOLUTELY NO returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

All returned merchandise will be evaluated for return or repair.

NO refunds are issued under any circumstances.

If merchandise cannot be replaced or repaired, ADC will issue a company credit equal to that of current market value.
